RHS Chelsea Flower Show ticket giveaway

Agreement to Rules: By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and abide by the decisions of Muscular Dystrophy UK (“MDUK”), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements below. In addition, you agree to accept MDUK’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Prize Draw.

You must be aged 18 or over to enter the Prize Draw.

The Prize draw is not open to employees of MDUK or their family members.

The Prize Draw runs between 25th April 2024 (the “Starting Date”) and 2nd May 2024 at 11:59PM GMT (the “Closing Date”) (the “Entry Period”).

By filling out the form on Meta, you will be signed up to our Muscular Dystrophy UK newsletter to hear more about our work and our involvement in the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and you’ll also be entered into our Prize Draw during the Entry Period.

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified at the sole discretion of MDUK.

On or after the Closing Date, one winner will be selected from the entries at random and overseen by MDUK (the “Winner”).

The Winner will be awarded two tickets to the RHS Chelsea Show 2024 (the “Prize”) for entry on Friday 24th May 2024.

The Winner will be notified that they have won the Prize by 3rd May 2024, via email sent to the email address which they used to enter into the Prize Draw (the “Winning Notice”).

MDUK shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive the Winning Notice due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the Winner cannot be contacted for reasons outside of MDUK’s control, is subsequently found to have been ineligible to participate in the Prize Draw or fails to claim the Prize within 7 days of the Winning Notice being sent, then the Prize will be deemed forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected via the same process outlined in Clause 1 of this section.

If the Winner cannot attend the RHS Chelsea Show 2024 on the ticket date (Friday 24th May 2024) they can nominate someone to use the tickets in their place (a “Nominee”). To make a valid nomination, the Winner must communicate the full name and contact details of the Nominee to MDUK within 7 days of the Winning Notice being sent. MDUK reserves the right to refuse a nomination made by the Winner, in which case the Prize will be deemed to be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected at random. The date of the tickets (Friday 24th May 2024) cannot be changed.

The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else.

The Prize is for two tickets to the RHS Chelsea Show 2024 only. Travel to and from the venue, and all other related expenses are not included in this Prize.
